About Roton Point

We're a private swimming, sailing and tennis association located on 12.8 acres on Long Island Sound in Rowayton, Connecticut.

Membership is limited to 400 unit owners and their families. New members either purchase or license a unit from one of the current owners.

Our facilities include a 25-meter lap swimming pool with separate diving and kiddie pools; eight beautifully-maintained Har-Tru tennis courts; storage and launch areas for small sailboats and kayaks; a swimming beach; a breezy, shaded picnic grove overlooking Long Island Sound; the restored Victorian bathhouse with lockers and a snack bar; and the restored Victorian-era "hotel" for social events.

Summer programs include children's youth activities, tennis and sailing classes for children and adults, weekend sailing races and annual regattas, tennis and swimming competition, and a full social calendar of dances and other events.

Overall management of Roton Point is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, who are member-volunteers elected for three-year terms, along with the General Manager, who reports to the President of the Board.
